Tennis elbow

Tennis elbow can be stubborn to resolve; it takes careful adjusting with ACTIVATOR Chiropractic, and some physical therapy, which I teach patients how to do themselves at home. I also include nutritional counseling for healing inflammation.

Muscle "splinting?" What's that? When you're injured, the doctor may use a splint to protect the area and help it heal. Your body does the same kind of thing by tightening muscles. It's a built-in protective response, and may also be the body's attempt to "right" things. Where appropriate, getting painful underlying joints adjusted helps tight muscles to relax.

Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) is a painful condition in which stomach acid gets up into the esophagus. The sphincter between the lower esophagus and the stomach may not close properly, or there may be a hiatal hernia. As an Activator Chiropractor, I have an adjustment for this which has helped many of my patients who have GERD.

Volunteers at local grocery stores, farmers' markets, etc., are gathering signatures. Learn more at http://www.labelgmos.org/
